About Munpa Rabsel
Munpa Rabsel empowers Buddhist nuns to share their wisdom with the world. Launched in 2025 to honor His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama's 90th birth anniversary, we preserve Tibetan language and Buddhist teachings for current and future generations.
Founded by Tenzin Norgyal, who has taught at Dolmaling Nunnery since 2018, this project gives nuns the skills and platform to teach Buddhist wisdom globally.
We bridge ancient knowledge with modern learning, connecting traditional teachings with people worldwide.
